Launching digital products, solutions & platforms for CPG & Chemical Industry in UK & Ireland

Our customer is the flagship consulting, digital products and solutions arm of a $22B Engineering, Construction & Manufacturing Global conglomerate. Their IoT and digital products and services portfolio addresses customer needs in improving overall equipment and plant efficiencies, connected track & trace, worker safety, AR/VR that deliver AI/ML enabled actionable insights.

Requirement

The customer was looking for a partner with deep knowledge in the IIOT and digital solutions space to launch their products and services portfolio for the process manufacturing industry in the UKI region, starting with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Chemicals industries.

Our Approach

Confiance signed an agreement to:

  • Define UKI focused go-to-market strategy for the customer’s products & services portfolio.

  • Identify industry, customer and business function specific pain-points and position customers’ products and services to address these pain points to deliver KPI driven results to prospects.

  • Identify, prioritise, and shortlist the top-20 target prospects in the CPG and Chemicals industry.

  • Understand the positioning and value proposition of the customers’ products, solutions and services and customise them for target prospects.

  • Leverage customers and our own demand generation channels, including use of social media to launch their offerings in the UKI market.

  • Identify and forge new partnerships for 3rd party complimentary digital products & services.

The Result

Confiance delivered to the engagement scope by engaging with 12 target prospects providing our customer the market opportunity to implement their digital products and services. Confiance was successful in positioning our customers experience on their digital products and services that drove reduction in CAPEX, and optimising OPEX across the UKI CPG & Chemicals industries.
